Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze business data, prepare accurate reports, and support management with timely insights. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.

Generate production, sales, inventory, dispatch and purchase reports.

Maintain and update Excel dashboards and trackers.

Collect, validate and analyze data from various departments.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts and Sales teams.

Identify data discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.

Support management with data analysis and performance reports.

Required Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, Charts, Conditional Formatting)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Knowledge of ERP software (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under deadlines

Qualification:

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent)

1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting or Data Analysis.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
