Job Description
We're Hiring – Home Loan Telecaller
🏢 Company: Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Generate leads and promote Home Loan & Mortgage products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and internal teams.
- Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Business Loans, Banking, or NBFC Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented approach.
