Xebium Cafe is opening a new café in Mohali City Centerc, Mohali. We are looking for active, polite, and responsible team members to help with daily café operations.

The role includes customer service, order taking, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, helping with basic café work, and supporting the kitchen/barista team whenever required.

• Responsibilities
• Greet customers and take orders politely
• Serve food, coffee, beverages, and desserts
• Help in packing takeaway/delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counter, and café area
• Support kitchen/barista team in basic preparation work
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Keep stock, packaging, and service items organized
• Follow manager’s instructions and daily duty schedule
• Requirements
• Experience in café/restaurant/QSR preferred
• Good communication and polite behavior
• Basic knowledge of food service is a plus
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and clean
• Should be comfortable working in shifts
• Team player with positive attitude
