Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
  • Contact potential customers and explain products/services
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services
