Reporting To - Quality Head / Management
Employment Type - Full-Time
Salary Range - ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Joining Requirement - Immediate Joiners Preferred (Maximum Notice Period: 7–10 Days)
Experience Required - 1–3 Years in Manufacturing QA/QC
About the Role
Glutape India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to support quality assurance, quality control,
compliance, audit activities, and customer quality requirements at its manufacturing facility.
The role requires a candidate who can perform inspections, maintain quality documentation, coordinate audits, manage customer
complaints, support corrective actions, and work closely with production teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Candidates with experience in Adhesive Tapes, Packaging, Plastics, Chemicals, Printing & Packaging, or related manufacturing industries
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control Operations
1. Conduct incoming raw material inspections including jumbo rolls, logs, cores, chemicals, packaging materials, and other
incoming materials.
2. Perform in-process quality inspections during production.
3. Conduct final inspection of finished goods before dispatch.
4. Verify product specifications and maintain inspection records.
5. Ensure non-conforming materials and products are properly identified and reported.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
1. Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and documentation.
2. Support implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
3. Maintain ISO and BIS-related documentation and records.
4. Ensure proper filing and control of quality documents and formats.
5. Assist in preparing quality reports and compliance records.
Audit Management & Compliance
1. Coordinate and support ISO, BIS, customer, and internal audits.
2. Ensure audit documentation is updated and available when required.
3. Monitor calibration schedules and maintain calibration records for instruments and equipment.
4. Follow up on audit observations and closure of action points.
Customer Complaint Handling & CAPA
1. Assist in investigation of customer complaints and quality concerns.
2. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
3. Support implementation and monitoring of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
4. Update complaint records and CAPA status in CRM systems.
5. Track complaint closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Customer & Vendor Quality Support
1. Process and maintain Sample Request Forms (SRF).
2. Assist in preparation and maintenance of PPAP and customer quality documentation.
3. Coordinate with customers and vendors for quality-related documentation and approvals.
4. Support customer quality requirements and compliance activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
1. Work closely with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams to ensure quality compliance.
2. Communicate quality issues and corrective actions to relevant departments.
3. Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
4. Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness, quality standards, and process discipline.
Production Support
1. Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality requirements are met during manufacturing.
2. Provide operational support and coordination during the temporary absence of the Production Supervisor.
3. Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.

Candidate Profile
Education - Diploma / B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Polymer, or related disciplines.
Experience
1. 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in Packaging, Plastics, Adhesives, Chemicals, Printing & Packaging, or related industries preferred.
3. Hands-on exposure to inspection activities, quality documentation, and quality systems.
