About TPIPAYTPIPAY Fintech Private Limited is a fintech and SaaS company providing digital payment solutions, merchant onboarding, payment gateway services, UPI collection APIs, recurring payment solutions, HRMS and multiple business management platforms across India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage SEO, SEM, website traffic, and keyword rankings.
• Handle social media marketing, content planning, and daily engagement.
• Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Manage online reputation and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to improve lead conversion.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Experience in social media management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Email marketing and marketing automation experience.
• Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, Payments, or Technology companies is preferred.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
