Accountant

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and have hands-on experience with billing and invoicing software.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor daily cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
• Process invoices and receipts, ensuring timely billing and collections.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations and planning.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with billing software such as GetSwip and Bill Book is a plus.
