Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and student enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational and administrative support.
  • Assist the HR department and management with daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office discipline and maintain a professional work environment.


Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Tamil.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
