Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Adajan, Surat

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within our EPC company. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with sourcing candidates from engineering and construction backgrounds and ensure timely onboarding to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and professional networks.

•

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

•

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

•

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups.

•

Handle offer negotiations and release offer letters.

•

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.

•

Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

•

Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

•

MBA in HR (preferred)

•

Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle

•

Experience hiring for technical positions (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)

•

Familiarity with EPC/project-based hiring is preferred

•

Good interpersonal and communication skills

•

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and recruitment tools
