About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating property site visits. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience from the first interaction until handover to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, existing clients and referrals to generate interest in our real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities and availability.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits between prospective buyers and the sales team.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups through phone calls and whatsapp to nurture leads.
- Update customer interactions, lead status and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, customer feedback, conversion ratios and sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on ongoing projects, market trends, pricing and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, customer relationship management, tele-calling (real estate experience is mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and Excel.
