Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make high-volume calls to potential leads from provided databases, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Property Pitching: Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to interested buyers.
- Site Scheduling: Book appointments and coordinate site visits for on-ground sales executives or property consultants.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture leads by scheduling consistent follow-up calls to gauge client interest and resolve queries.
- Data Management: Accurately log call interactions, client feedback, and lead status into CRM software or Excel.
