Telecaller

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for our immigration consultancy, MR Travels. The candidate will be the first point of contact for our potential leads and will play a key role in driving walk-ins to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling on data/leads provided by the company for Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and PR.
• Explain the visa services and options offered by MR Travels to interested clients.
• Pitch effectively, handle basic customer queries/objections, and invite them for a face-to-face counseling session at our office.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients who showed interest in our services.
• Maintain a neat and daily record of calls, interested leads, and booked appointments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers with great speaking skills and high confidence are welcome).
• Language: Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Basic understanding of English to read client profiles.
• Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills over the phone.
• Positive attitude, polite nature, and ability to handle targets
