Job Description
Data entry of Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal Voucher (JV), and Contra Entries.
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in accounting software.
Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
Prepare and update ledgers, cash book, and bank book.
Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Assist in GST-related data preparation and record maintenance.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable entries.
Generate basic accounting reports as required by management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management when required.
