Job Description

  • Contact customers through calls regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to payments and billing.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
