Job Description
We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team. The role involves tracking government and private tenders, preparing tender documents, completing applications, and ensuring timely online/offline submissions.
Our company provides services in:
* Highway Maintenance
* Route Patrolling
* Incident Management
* Toll Collection
* Road Infrastructure Services
RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Track relevant tenders on various portals
* Review tender requirements and eligibility criteria
* Prepare and complete tender documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information
* Submit bids accurately and within deadlines
REQUIREMENTS :
* Experience in tender processing (preferred)
* Familiarity with government e-tendering portals
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
