Role Overview

The Accounts MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing financial MIS reports, analyzing accounting data, maintaining records, and providing accurate reports to management for informed decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and coordination with the Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:-

Accounts & MIS:-

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Generate financial reports related to revenue, expenses, collections, and payments.
• Prepare budget vs. actual analysis.
• Maintain and update management dashboards.
• Reconcile financial data with ERP/Tally records.

Data Analysis:-

Analyze accounting data and identify variances.

• Prepare cash flow, fund flow, and expense reports.
• Present reports with charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis.

Accounting Support:-

Assist in accounts payable and receivable reporting.

• Track outstanding payments and receivables.
• Verify invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Daily collection report

• Bank reconciliation MIS
• Vendor payment tracker
• Customer outstanding report
• Project-wise expense reports
• Budget monitoring reports
• GST/TDS reporting support
• Monthly management MIS

Required Skills:-

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards)

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
