School Bus Driver

Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, prior experience with school or passenger transport, and a genuine care for children's safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the school bus on designated routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain discipline and safety on the bus, with support from an attendant/helper
• Follow all traffic rules and school transport safety protocols
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and school administration

Requirements

• Valid commercial/heavy vehicle driving license as per Gujarat RTO norms
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience, preferably with school or passenger vehicles
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Good knowledge of local routes in and around Vapi
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge preferred
• Physically fit and medically cleared to drive

ભૂમિકાની વિગત અમને એક જવાબદાર અને અનુભવી બસ ડ્રાઈવરની જરૂર છે, જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સુરક્ષિત રીતે શાળાએ લાવવા-લઈ જવાનું કામ સંભાળે. ઉમેદવાર પાસે સ્વચ્છ ડ્રાઈવિંગ રેકોર્ડ, શાળા અથવા મુસાફર વાહન ચલાવવાનો અગાઉનો અનુભવ, અને બાળકોની સલામતી પ્રત્યે સાચી કાળજી હોવી જોઈએ.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ

• નિર્ધારિત રૂટ પર શાળા બસ સુરક્ષિત રીતે ચલાવવી અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સમયસર લાવવા-લઈ જવા
• ટ્રિપ પહેલા અને પછી વાહનનું નિરીક્ષણ કરવું; જરૂરી સમારકામ અંગે તાત્કાલિક જાણ કરવી
• બસમાં શિસ્ત અને સલામતી જાળવવી (સહાયક/હેલ્પરની મદદથી)
• તમામ ટ્રાફિક નિયમો અને શાળા પરિવહન સલામતી નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું
• વાહનની સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી
• વાલીઓ, સ્ટાફ અને શાળા વહીવટ સાથે યોગ્ય રીતે વાતચીત કરવી

જરૂરીયાતો

• ગુજરાત RTO ધારાધોરણો મુજબ માન્ય કોમર્શિયલ/હેવી વ્હીકલ ડ્રાઈવિંગ લાયસન્સ
• ઓછામાં ઓછો 1 વર્ષનો ડ્રાઈવિંગ અનુભવ, શાળા અથવા મુસાફર વાહનનો અનુભવ પ્રાધાન્યપાત્ર
• કોઈ મોટા ટ્રાફિક ઉલ્લંઘન વગરનો સ્વચ્છ ડ્રાઈવિંગ રેકોર્ડ
• વાપી અને આસપાસના સ્થાનિક રૂટની સારી જાણકારી
• પ્રાથમિક વાહન જાળવણીની જાણકારી પ્રાધાન્યપાત્ર
• શારીરિક રીતે ફિટ અને વાહન ચલાવવા માટે તબીબી રીતે યોગ્ય
