Marketing Head

We are seeking a visionary, data-driven Head of E-commerce & Brand Marketing to own and scale our entire digital footprint. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and aggressive commercial growth.

You will have full ownership of our D2C website, major marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra), and our performance marketing engine.

The ideal candidate knows how to build a cult brand while simultaneously managing a highly profitable P&L.

Marketplace Scaling & Management

• Channel Strategy: Drive exponential revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
• Account Optimization: Oversee catalog health, A+ content, brand stores, and product listings for maximum organic search visibility.
• Retail Media: Design and execute high-yielding advertising strategies within marketplace ad networks (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, Myntra Brand Ads).
• Relationship Management: Manage joint business plans (JBPs) and key accounts with platform category managers.

2. Performance Marketing & D2C Growth

• Paid Acquisition: Own strategy and execution for paid channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), and programmatic networks.
• Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize the D2C website conversion rate (CRO), average order value (AOV), and user experience.
• Data Analytics: Track, model, and report on critical growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and LTV.

3. Brand Building & Identity

• Brand Equity: Define and protect the brand's voice, visual identity, and market positioning across all digital touchpoints.
• Content Strategy: Oversee high-impact social media, influencer marketing campaigns, and video content that fosters community and brand loyalty.
• Retention Marketing: Build robust email, SMS, and WhatsApp automation funnels to boost repeat purchase rates.

4. Strategic Operations & Leadership

• P&L Ownership: Allocate and manage the marketing and marketplace advertising budget fluidly to achieve target profitability.
• Inventory Alignment: Collaborate closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to align marketing pushes with stock availability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and build a high-performing internal team of marketers, content creators, and external agency partners.
