Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions aligned with the AICTE and BTEUP curriculum.
• (For HODs): Lead departmental operations, manage faculty schedules, and drive academic planning.
• Mentor students, oversee technical projects, and bridge the gap between classroom learning and industrial skill requirements.
• Maintain compliance with institutional guidelines, conduct assessments, and prepare progress reports.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• For Lecturer: B.E. / B.Tech / B.S. in the relevant engineering discipline with First Class (60%+).
• For HOD: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with First Class, backed by a minimum of 5 years of teaching or industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record in academic or vocational training.

• AICTE और BTEUP सिलेबस के अनुसार बेहतरीन थ्योरी और प्रैक्टिकल/लैब क्लास लेना।
• (HOD के लिए): अपने विभाग का नेतृत्व करना, फैकल्टी को मैनेज करना और एकेडमिक कैलेंडर की प्लानिंग करना।
• छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन करना, प्रोजेक्ट्स में उनकी मदद करना और उन्हें इंडस्ट्री के लिए तैयार करना।
• संस्थान के नियमों का पालन करना, परीक्षाएं आयोजित करना और रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

योग्यता (Eligibility):

• लेक्चरर (Lecturer) के लिए: संबंधित ब्रांच में प्रथम श्रेणी (First Class - 60%+) के साथ B.E. / B.Tech की डिग्री।
• HOD के लिए: संबंधित विषय में Ph.D. या मास्टर डिग्री (First Class) और कम से कम 5 साल का टीचिंग या इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव।
• बेहतरीन कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और छात्रों को पढ़ाने का जज्बा।
