Job Description
Hitech Housing and Properties is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting clients with real estate property inquiries, generating leads, explaining property details, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up on sales leads.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable properties.
* Explain project features, pricing, and payment options.
* Schedule and conduct property site visits.
* Maintain customer records and sales reports.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
* Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Degree.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
