Job Description
Job Title: Demat Account Opening Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Open new demat accounts.
- Engage in chat processes to resolve client queries.
- Achieve sales targets through cold calling (30% of the time).
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Identify and approach potential clients to promote demat account services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and demat accounts (desirable).
