Job Description
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions (Web Development, App Development, SaaS, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain CRM and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🧠 Required Skills
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile, software development)
- Lead generation & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
