Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting solar power solutions. The role involves field visits, customer presentations, proposal discussions, and sales closing along with assisting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities-
- Generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, digital inquiries, and networking.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their electricity consumption and energy needs.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings and environmental impact.
- Conduct site visits with technical team support when required.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on government solar policies, subsidies, and industry trends.
