Job Description

Position: HR Executive (Male)


Salary: 38K To 40K


Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 Years


Location: Vasai East


Company Facility: Pick Up & Drop Provided


Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and other HR compliances.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and payroll support.

Manage joining and exit formalities.

Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance records.

Coordinate with government authorities for labour-related matters when required.

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
