ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

1.Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.

2.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements for engineering, construction, and project-based roles.

3.Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and professional networks.

4.Screen and shortlist resumes based on job specifications and project requirements.

5.Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

6.Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with department heads and project managers.

7.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

8.Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts to selected candidates.

9.Conduct reference checks and background verification before final selection.

10.Ensure timely closure of vacancies while meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

11.Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.

12.Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding processes.

13.Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

14.Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, labor laws, and hiring procedures.

15.Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.

Key Positions Recruited: Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Safety Officers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Procurement Professionals, and other technical staff.
