Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products and benefits.

Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.

Verify customer information and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.

Follow up on loan applications until disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
