Telecalling Executive (Stock Market / Stock Broking)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Required in Stock Market / Stock Broking Industry

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the stock market or stock broking industry and possess excellent communication and client-handling skills. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, generating leads, and promoting stock market-related services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Explain stock market and investment-related services to customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in the stock market, trading, or stock broking industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of stock market concepts and investment products.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
