  • Lead territory-level expansion of Digital City Ambassadorship program
  • Manage 6-8 cluster Areas of Bangalore
  • Recruit, train, and manage BM & sales/marketing teams
  • Conduct investor events, workshops, and community activations
  • Drive conversions for 8-year Digital City Ambassadorship contracts
  • Maintain strong investor relationships and retention
  • Ensure operational excellence across branches
  • KPIsInvestment Target: ₹3-5 crore per quarter
  • Cluster Growth: 6-8 clusters activated in 12 months
  • Team Productivity: 75%+ target achievement
  • Event Activation: 2 investor events per quarter
  • Referral Growth: 5–8 referrals per month
  • Investor Retention: 90%+
  • Salary Structure @ Fixed: ₹ 20–24 lakh per annum
