Senior Growth Marketing & Content Strategist

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and performance-oriented professional to join our growing startup team in a senior-level role focused on Growth Marketing, Performance Advertising, Content Strategy, and Brand Building.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the analytical side of marketing and the creative side of storytelling, someone who can run high-performing ad campaigns while also creating engaging content that drives attention, trust, and high-intent inbound leads.

You will have significant ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership while helping scale the brand aggressively across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

● Build and manage complete marketing funnels focused on generating high-quality inbound leads

● Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable reports and insights

● Improve ROI, CPL, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness

● Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

Content Creation & Social Media

● Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand vision and audience

● Create, edit, and manage short-form and long-form content across platforms

● Handle social media management for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Communities, Quora, Reddit, blogs, and other relevant platforms

● Coordinate and execute content calendars and posting schedules

● Edit videos, reels, creatives, and marketing assets for digital campaigns

Brand Growth & Strategy

● Contribute to overall brand positioning, growth strategy, and digital presence

● Identify new growth opportunities, trends, and content angles

● Use AI tools intelligently to improve productivity, optimize campaigns, generate ideas, and enhance creative execution

● Collaborate closely with founders and team members on strategic initiatives

Startup Ownership & Multi-Tasking

● Take ownership of projects independently without constant supervision

● Wear multiple hats as required in a fast-paced startup environment

● Support cross-functional initiatives wherever needed

● Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business requirements

What We’re Looking For

● Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

● Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and campaign optimization

● Experience with social media growth and content strategy

● Good video editing and content creation skills

● Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance tracking

● Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing workflows

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership

● Highly adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn
