Job Description
Job SummaryMaa Enterprises is looking for an experienced Team Leader for the Credit Card Sales process. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and be capable of handling a sales team, achieving targets, and maintaining high performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
- Ensure the team achieves daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
- Conduct team meetings and motivate employees.
- Maintain daily MIS and performance reports.
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance.
- Coordinate with management for team productivity and target achievement.
- EligibilityMinimum 6 months of Team Leader experience in Credit Card Sales, Banking, BFSI or Tele Sales.
- 12th Pass or above.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
