Job Description

Key Responsibilities:        

      aa)      Handling of Accounts and Tally ERP9 on day to day basis

            bb)       Petty Cash handling

            cc)       Handling of Bank books, Reconciliations and Foreign Payment Remittance

            dd)       Preparation of Supply Order, Proforma Invoice and     GST Invoice, Delivery Challan,

Debit Note, Credit Note and Order processing.

            ee)       GST (GST Reconciliation, GST Returns, e-Way Bill issue, GST Refund and LUT)

            ff)        Payment follow-up

            gg)       Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet preparation

            hh)       TDS and Professional Tax deductions and returns filing

            ii)         Administrative related works.
