Job Description
We are hiring motivated and confident Telecallers for our Insurance Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain insurance products and their benefits.
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic sales and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling or insurance sales is preferred.
