Job Description

Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery

The Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery is responsible for managing daily bakery operations, ensuring consistent product quality, following recipes and SOPs, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. The role involves preparing bakery items, managing stock, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily bakery production and operations.
  • Prepare bakery items as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Follow all SOPs and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section.
  • Monitor product quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering of ingredients.
  • Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure proper use of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with the packaging team for proper packing of bakery products.
  • Train and support junior bakery staff.
  • Ensure timely production to meet daily requirement.
