We are looking for a responsible and growth-oriented Store Manager who can efficiently manage day-to-day store operations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain AutoEase services and packages confidently.
• Ensure every customer receives a premium service experience.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.
• Daily Calling (10–15 Calls)Make 10–15 customer calls every day.
• Follow up with existing customers for maintenance services.
• Contact leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Call customers for appointment confirmations and post-service feedback.
• Employee ManagementSupervise technicians and washing staff.
• Assign daily work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain employee discipline, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct daily team briefings and monitor performance.
• Store OperationsEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the detailing studio.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the showroom.
• Monitor service quality and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and customer handover.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels of detailing products and accessories.
• Maintain inventory records and report shortages.
• Coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
• Prevent product wastage and ensure proper storage.
• Sales & ReportingSupport the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily reports of inquiries, bookings, and completed jobs.
• Share operational updates with management.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, automotive, hospitality, or customer service.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is an advantage).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
