Job Description

The responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector typically include:

  • Understanding Hiring RequirementsCoordinate with hiring managers to understand job openings.
  • Prepare job descriptions and hiring plans.
  • Sourcing Candidates Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for BFSI roles.
