Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Monitor employee retention and implement strategies to reduce attrition.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and offboarding.
- Support audits and maintain statutory compliance records.
- Required QualificationsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience5–8 years of HR Generalist/HR Manager experience.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
- Healthcare, IT, or staffing industry experience is preferred.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
- Knowledge of performance management systems.
- HR analytics and MIS reporting.
- Experience handling multi-location recruitment.
