Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily fabrication and welding operations.
  • Allocate work to welders, fitters, and helpers.
  • Ensure production targets are met as per schedule.
  • Maintain product quality as per drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and 5S.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Design departments.
  • Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and material availability.
  • Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.


Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or ITI with relevant experience.


Experience: 3–5 years in fabrication/manufacturing, including supervisory experience.

Skills:

* Fabrication drawing reading

  • Welding process knowledge (MIG/TIG/Arc)
  • Team handling
  • Production planning
  • Quality and safety awareness
  • Basic MS Excel
