Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts

Qualification: MBA (finance)/ MCom / BCom

Salary: 4 To 6 LPA

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Candidate preferred with CA Firm work experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Oversight of Accounting Functions: Assume responsibility for the complete spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations.

2. Strategic Financial Analytics and Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth financial data analysis, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities. Prepare insightful reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making by management.

3. Efficient Management of Payables and Receivables: Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing to timely payments, while also managing accounts receivable to ensure prompt and accurate collection of outstanding balances, optimizing cash flow.

4. Proficient Utilization of Tally for Financial Management: Leverage advanced knowledge of Tally accounting software for accurate data entry, financial reporting, and generation of critical financial statements. Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information within the Tally system.
