We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Shift Supervisor to manage the operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems during assigned shifts.
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering

- Key Responsibilities:Supervise the operations of Chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and VRF systems.
- Lead the HVAC technician team and manage shift rosters.
- Monitor parameter logs, optimize energy consumption, and minimize downtime.
- Implement safety standards and handle emergency breakdown protocols.
Final salary placement is dependent upon the candidate's technical expertise, hands-on field experience, troubleshooting skills, and MEP systems knowledge. Additionally, leadership attributes, communication skills, safety compliance, productivity, and performance during the interview process will dictate the final offer.
