Position: Sales & Marketing Executive / CRM SupervisorCompany3C Laundry is a fast-growing small business offering professional laundry services. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & CRM Supervisor to help drive business growth and revenue.
Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive / CRM Supervisor will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, supervising CRM activities, and supporting revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a basic understanding of sales processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities for laundry services
- Manage and follow up with existing customers through CRM systems
- Convert inquiries into active customers and long-term accounts
- Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain customer data, sales records, and follow-up status
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM performance reports
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and retention strategies
