Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive / CRM Supervisor will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, supervising CRM activities, and supporting revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a basic understanding of sales processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and business opportunities for laundry services
• Manage and follow up with existing customers through CRM systems
• Convert inquiries into active customers and long-term accounts
• Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain customer data, sales records, and follow-up status
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM performance reports
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and retention strategies
