Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, engaging with customers, and converting inquiries into orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the conveyor, idler, pulley, screw conveyors and rotary airlock manufacturing industry, along with strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Work Location 

HYDERABAD: IDA Bollaram, Near Miyapur

Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Roles and Responsibilities

●       Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential customers.

●       Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person visits.

●       Inquiry Generation & Follow-Up: Develop leads, generate inquiries, prepare offers, and conduct systematic follow-ups to close deals.

●       New Customer Registration: Handle the formalities for onboarding new customers.

●       Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer emails, inquiries, and requests.

●       Independent Customer Handling: Manage customer interactions and visits independently, ensuring a smooth experience.

●       Negotiations & Order Finalization: Conduct price and contract negotiations to finalize deals and secure orders.

●       Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

●       Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Technical Skills Required

●       Work experience in companies manufacturing conveyors, idlers, pulleys, screw conveyors, rotary airlocks, etc.

●       Engineering background (optional but preferred).

Industrial / Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred

Work experience in industrial/manufacturing sales and marketing will be strongly preferred.

Highest Qualification Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Engineering background preferred (Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field).

Relevant Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing sales and marketing.

Preferred Industries

Manufacturing, Industrial. Experience in companies manufacturing conveyors, idlers, pulleys, rotary airlocks, or similar engineering products.
