Job Description
As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing day‑to‑day activities, coordinating with transporters, sales outlets, and company/sales executives to achieve daily operational targets, and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
Coordinate with transporters, sales outlets, and company/sales executives for timely delivery of products in the market.
Oversee shipment loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using Advanced Excel and relevant software systems.
Prepare and manage shipment schedules to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Handle daily operational requirements of the warehouse, including manpower coordination and task allocation.
