Job Title: Non-Voice Chat & Email Support Executive
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹4 LPA
Shift: Day Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via chat and email.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Document interactions and follow company processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Requirements:
Excellent written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
Graduate (or as per company requirement).
