Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production: Researching trending topics, writing engaging scripts, designing storyboards, and mapping out a cohesive content calendar.
• Video Production: Filming high-quality footage using smartphone rigs or dedicated camera equipment, capturing crisp audio, and acting as the on-camera host or voiceover narrator.
• AI Video Generation Mastery: Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge generative AI platforms—such as Sora, Runway (Gen-3), Pika, or Luma Dream Machine—to transform text prompts and product images into cinematic, high-conversion e-commerce advertisements.
• Hybrid Workflows: Ability to seamlessly blend AI-generated visual assets with traditional editing techniques in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to ensure consistent brand identity and flawless visual continuity.
• Post-Production Editing: Cutting raw footage, adjusting color framing, balancing sound, and adding interactive elements like text overlays, captions, and visual effects.
• Platform Optimization: Formatting videos specifically for target mediums (e.g., vertical 9:16 framing for Instagram Reels vs. horizontal 16:9 for YouTube) and deploying SEO best practices like custom thumbnails, descriptions, and tag optimization.
• Performance Analysis: Tracking viewer metrics, analyzing audience retention charts, and using analytics data to pivot future video formats for better performance.

Technical and Soft Skills Required

• Software Editing Proficiency: Mastery of editing software ranging from desktop tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve to mobile-first apps like CapCut and VN Editor.
• Graphic Design Basics: Ability to use tools like Canva or Photoshop to build eye-catching visual hooks and YouTube thumbnails.
