Material Management Apprentice

Location: Pune & Gujarat

Stipend:

• Diploma Candidates: ₹18,000 per month
• Degree Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
• Manage inventory and stock movement within the store.
• Ensure proper store management and adherence to 5S practices.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure timely material movement.
• Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Maintain inventory records and update stock details in the system.
• Work on SAP MM (Materials Management) module for inventory and procurement activities.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain proper documentation related to stores, inventory, and dispatch operations.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Familiarity with SAP MM module will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
