About Us

Marqetrix Web Solutions is a growing web solutions company committed to delivering quality digital services. We're looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members and leadership
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Assist with vendor coordination, office supplies, and general upkeep
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., attendance tracking, onboarding paperwork)
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications as needed
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or executive support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
