Fitter Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician / Fitter who will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of plant machinery and equipment. The role ensures smooth plant operations, reduced downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of machines and motors.

* Handle and maintain equipment such as small boilers, panel boards, hot air generators, burners, etc.

* Identify machine faults and carry out effective troubleshooting.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

* Prioritize and execute daily maintenance work orders efficiently.

* Read and understand machine manuals for proper operation and maintenance.

* Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations during maintenance work.

* Keep machines and equipment in good working condition to maximize efficiency.

* Coordinate with management regarding breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance requirements.

Qualification & Experience

* *ITI / Fitter – Mandatory

* *1–3 years* of maintenance experience in manufacturing industries
