Job Description
ob Opening: Floor SupervisorCompany: Magson Retail & Distribution Ltd.
Location: Goa
Experience: 3–4 years in Retail/FMCG/Grocery/Supermarket
Qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily store operations and lead the floor team.
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance.
- Ensure stock availability, merchandising, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor team productivity and provide on-the-job guidance.
- Plan promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and communication skills.
- Go-getter attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Pleasing personality and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and team management.
