Job Description

Role SummaryAs the Store Incharge at Magson, you manage the daily operations of a premium gourmet and frozen food retail outlet. Your primary focus is maintaining inventory freshness, leading the store team, and driving sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Cold Chain: Manage stock levels using FIFO and strictly monitor deep freezers/chillers to protect temperature-sensitive and imported products.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee billing counters, cash management, daily sales closing, and store hygiene.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise staff, create rosters, and train the team on premium product knowledge and customer service.
  • Sales & Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and drive store sales targets through proactive upselling.
