Job Description
Job Title: Store Manager (Retail Operations) At Swiggy Instamart
Location: Goa, India
Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, FMCG, or quick commerce and be capable of ensuring smooth store operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of 15+ employees.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and billing of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory and maintain stock availability.
- Improve order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Track store KPIs and operational performance.
- Train and coach store staff on operational processes.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail/store operations.
- Experience in team handling and store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred industry: Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce.
Salary: ₹5.5–5.7LPA + Monthly Incentives + Medical Benefits.
